The At Your Service Team with President
Clinton
Founded in 1991, At Your Service Catering
is headed up by the husband and wife team of Paul and Kathy De Patta.
Their three children are also an active part of the business, serving as
polished wait staff and on-site event coordinators.
Paul DePatta brings decades of culinary
experience to At Your Service Catering. He holds a Culinary Arts Degree
from City College of San Francisco and is a Certified Food Service
Executive and Certified Executive Chef. He was food and beverage
director at Palace Station Hotel & Casino and food service director
at the Nevada Test Site and top-secret Area 51. He is also a former
restaurant owner in the San Francisco area.
Kathy serves as the primary planner for
the business, meeting with clients and preparing menus, coordinating
on-site details such as rentals and assuring that your event is seamless
from beginning to end. Kathy is a graduate of Stonehill College in
Massachusetts with a degree in philosophy and also spent a decade
working as a travel agent.
